Sandy Ganz –
Replaced the fuel pump only. Have a couple of spares. Working well now for a few weeks.
Did the fix for a 2004 Expedition that had the melted relay.
If you don’t want a spare you can find smaller quantity too.

Parfait, je l’ai utilisé pour réparer un relai board d’unité de Refrigeration Thermoking.
Copper Minehart –
I used these to replace several board level mini-relays on the CJB (Central Junction Box) of a late-2002 Ford F-350 Powerstroke Super Duty dually 2wd pickup truck.
These are working good so far! Whew, that was a job.
TLDR:
This unit soldered (with a LOT of juncitons) to the fuse panel under the steering wheel. The Fuel relay is on there but so are several others.. and one of those others has given up the ghost, causing all kinds of problems but mostly a lack of turn signals, cruise control, and DRL’s (Daytime Running Lights).
If you are fixing the same failure take note: there are two little sub-panels that hold a few relays each, under the hood just above the steering column, behind the airbox and between the brake master cylinder and the driver-side inner-fender… these are mounted in such a way as to allow rainwater to run down from the corner of the hood …right on to those relays.. they get corroded…which increases impedience in the circuit(s) which causes voltage drop..which causes current to go up.. which melts the mini-relay on the CJB. So go clean those under-hood relays, lube them up good with some silicon (dielectric) grease… and seal them up… otherwise you’ll still pop fuses and melt relays..and circuits.

Liked that they were exactly the size of original and worked fine thanks

the part was installed without modification and has been operating properly for 2 months. this was used to repair a fuel pump power issue on my 2003 expedition. part was used internal to the fuse block at the passenger side floor
