Simple mechanical fuel pump. Not much to say. I took out the old one and put the new one in. Yes I still had to mess with the darn plunger but eventually it went in. Started the humvee right up with no need for back pressure or injector line crack. Great replacement pump.

Ah, where do I start with this Amazon gem of a fuel pump? I had the pleasure of dismantling my entire car just to install this beauty, and guess what? It was bad right out of the box! Who needs reliable transportation anyway, right? I mean, spending hours in the garage, getting greasy and swearing at rusty bolts—it’s all part of the fun! And to top it off, this fuel pump decided to play dead the moment I turned the key. Bravo, Amazon seller, for turning car repair into a comedy of errors!
