The FS-TFC Spotless Car Wash System works great for getting a streak-free, spotless rinse. It’s easy to set up and connects directly to a garden hose, making it super convenient. The deionization filter does a solid job of removing minerals from the water, so there’s no need to towel dry. The only downside is that the resin needs to be replaced periodically, but if you’re serious about keeping your car looking perfect, it’s worth it.
Another great thing about this system is, it has a handle and is small enough to move around. We have a 39ft. travel trailer we keep in storage. This is nice because our facility allows us to use the water to wash our rig. The fact that we can bring this along and not have to dry the entire thing off after washing is amazing.

This FS-TFC Spotless Car Wash System has been a game-changer for me! As someone who takes pride in keeping my car looking its best, I’ve always struggled with those stubborn water spots that appear after washing. I’ve tried everything – drying the car immediately, using special towels, even distilled water – but nothing seemed to fully solve the problem.
This deionized water system, however, has completely eliminated those pesky spots! The setup was incredibly easy – I just connected it to my garden hose, and I was ready to go. I was impressed by the 30-foot hose, which gave me ample reach to wash my entire car without having to move the system frequently. The wash gun provided feels sturdy and well-made, and the design feels comfortable to use. The first time I used it, I was amazed.
There were absolutely no water spots left on my car after rinsing. It was like the water evaporated without leaving any trace behind. I’ve used it several times now, and I’m consistently getting spot-free results. My car not only looks cleaner, but it also has a brilliant shine that I haven’t been able to achieve before. I’ve even started using it on my windows and mirrors, and they’ve never looked so crystal clear.
What I also love about this system is its affordability. While the initial investment may seem higher than just using regular water, the fact that it can be used multiple times (about 40 cleans based on my water quality) before needing a filter change makes it incredibly cost-effective in the long run. Plus, the replacement filters are readily available and relatively inexpensive. Overall, I highly recommend the FS-TFC Spotless Car Wash System to anyone who wants to achieve a truly spotless finish on their car, RV, boat, or anything else you want to wash! This system has saved me so much time and frustration, and my car has never looked better.

I’ve been using DI systems for car washing for decades since working at an RV dealer washing RVs as a kid. The only way to wash those beasts without leaving them spotting up like crazy was to use DI water. I’ve tried various smaller systems for car washing and all worked OK to some extent but generally don’t last long.
This one does work very well so far after several car washes and with the amount of resin you get, this should last quite a while.
A tip on getting the most out of these is to thoroughly wash AND rinse the car completely before using this. Get the car clean and get all the soap off the car using regular / unfiltered water. Don’t let the car dry, so wash in the shade and when cool and if the car starts drying while you are still washing, hit it with the hose again to keep it wet. Only then use the spot free rinse. If done right, you are just trying to rinse the hard water off the car and nothing else, so it should take a very small amount of DI water to do that rinse.
Start at the top of the car and work your way down. Get into the little corners like mirrors and door gaps where soap and hard water might be hanging out after your initial rinse. Use a light mist / shower setting, just enough to make the water run off the car, there’s no advantage to using a lot of water here, the car is already wet and you’re just moving the hard water down off the car. If done right, you’ll get better results and make the DI cannisters last a lot longer.
There will always be a little dirt in some edges like window frames and in mirror opening that can drip at the last minutes and leave a little waterspot on an otherwise good looking wash. So for a simple way to get better results without working hard, once rinsed, grab a couple towels and wipe down the windows and mirrors and other places where you sometimes see the car spot up after a wash. Don’t want to do that much, do just the places you see most, like the driver door window, and windshield. That extra minute or two will help the whole wash look better.
I think the replacement cost of the resin canisters is a pretty high, especially if you replace them all at once. This could probably be spread out more by testing the TDS out of each canister every now and then. When the first canister reads too high, get a replacement, add in the 4th position and move up all the others so #2 becomes #1 and so on. We used to something like this with the commercial systems.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing. I agree with so many. The rinse with the filtration is fantastic. Wonderful product if you are using this for home use. The pressure wasn’t bad but definitely not suggested to hose off the soap. I used regular water to wash and rinse. Switched to the filter for final rinse. Works perfectly. Definitely need to buy an attachment to thread on a garden hose to the unit with a swivel head. So far very pleased with the results. I bought my attachment at Ace 9$
