Long story short bent the ears on my original yoke barely pressing them out with my 12 ton press from harbor freight. Tried bending the old ones back but could not get them to line up properly for the u joints to be fully seated and not on a bind. Ordered these but did not risk bending them in the press. Instead I put the u joints caps in my freezer overnight then heated the yoke in my grill on 500 degrees for 45 minutes and the caps fell in with ease. I would recommend this method for anyone ordering these because you bent your originals. Hopefully this helps someone out.
