Wires were reversed when they manufactured it. I turned the plug 180 degrees and it went together, although it doesn’t seal properly and the lock tab is on the wrong side. I taped it together since it was already installed at that point. This is from the motor plug-in to the truck harness. I hope this part lasts as it takes a while to install. Everything else lines up as it should. I bought cheap parts and got what I paid for. Disappointing that they missed this simple step.

Good heavy duty quality product, easy to install. The bad, push the button up to roll the window down and push the button down for window to go up. I assume wires got switched internally…

Honestly this is a direct exchange part, I took my old one off, slid this one into place reattached all the bolts and electrical connections and was good to go. Very easy to install.
