After ordering these parts and installing one of them, I find out that the second strut was put together incorrectly by the manufacturer. I was told the only way to return it was to remove the already installed strut from my car and return them both. This is very costly and time consuming. Not to mention that my car will be taken apart and useless until they get the return back and are able to refund my money. After this then I will have to purchase parts that were assembled correctly, and wait for them to arrive leaving my car useless for days. Then I have to pay my mechanic a second time to install the new parts. What a horrible time I’ve had with Amazon and parts that were put together incorrectly. I wouldn’t order a thing from this company unless you want the runaround and no help from Amazon

These are fairly easy to install and are providing a great ride on my 2003 Grand Marquis.
