The real deal, fit tighter than the factory one, which is what you want in a filter, in my opinion! I wouldn’t trust fram for an engine oil filter, but for this, they work well

I purchased this cabin air filter for a 2016 Ford F-150. Immediately after installing it and circulating inside air for about 5 minutes I noticed a definite improvement in the air quality. The Fram filter came with Ford F-150 specific installation instructions. Considering the cost of this filter verus the Ford OEM Motorcraft filter and that the Ford OEM filter does not use activated carbon, this Fram filter is hands-down the better choice.
