It’s a quality air filter at a good price I installed it in about ten min with a simple socket set .

The filter that I received was a Single Panel Filter, not a two piece as the product picture shows.
But this was OK, because the filter that my 2003 Santa Fa had was also a single panel filter, which required me to fully remove my glovebox.
But the new filter fit just fine and we will see how if we notice any difference; because who knows how long the old filter was there, lol.

Once you figure out how to drop the glove box to access the cabin filter, you should inspect it regularly and replace it at least every two years. Quick lube service joints (and full service repair shops offering oil change specials), will check off that it is fine, but they really won’t check it. They have neither the time nor inclination to empty your glove box, wrestle off the box door / bin (risking snapping something), check the filter, stock all the replacement styles, and talk you into replacing it. Check it yourself. Mine was remarkably cruddy–plus it was full of maple tree seeds. VERY IMPORTANT: take care after inspecting and cleaning your cabin filter to re-insert it in the correct direction. If not any debris will be sucked into your A/C system, and, according to the Hyundai owner’s manual “may cause damage”. BTW: This Hyundai design consists of two interlocking filter panels, a configuration needed to slip them one at a time into the small opening behind the glove box.

Good product, very easy to install with the aid of online videos (not product related but shows how to remove the glove compartment ) of it being done. My old filter was original to the car 15 YEARS OLD! In the attached pictures, one half of the new filter is on the left, the old filter halves are on the right. Each picture shows one side of the complete old filter, YUK! like the title says, didn’t know I had one. Highly recommended for a 2005 Hyundai Sonata!

Doesn’t match the description or the picture. This is a one piece filter not the two piece filter required by some Hyundai models

The oil changing places will change your filter at about twice the cost of buying it yourself. Easy to install.
