Couldn’t find it locally. This for me is the best filter for the price

Work like it should.

Perfect fit ! My 04′ Avalanche takes this filter. Not sure why GM chose to pair a V8 engine with a ” dinky” filter. I am very much use to my Suburbans 5.7 taking a PF5 ” manly ” filter. However, Avalanche has just rolled up 220k miles with no engine issues. I am religious on fluid and filter changes. This oil filter is highly rated and I have used Fram for most of my filter changes. I do change the filter at each 5k oil change. Filter is fairly easy to remove and replace.

I have used this filter on my 2004 Chevy Tahoe since it was new. It has 213,000 miles and uses no oil on an oil change. I change oil every 4,000 miles. The price is less than other brands.

A nice quality made USA filter. Done with overpaying for filters that continue to degrade in quality each year. Fram seems to be one of the oil filter brands left who cares about a quality product.

Gingers and oil. Is there a more perfect pairing?
Am I right or am I right?
Don’t get so bent out of shape. Get a grip and screw on a Fram.

I recently purchased the FRAM Extra Guard PH3506 oil filter for my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer and I have to say, I’m quite impressed with it. What I really love about this oil filter is how easy it is to install. Getting under my Trailblazer and accessing the oil filter can be a bit of a hassle, but this small filter made the process a breeze. The spin-on design meant that I could simply twist it onto the filter housing and be done with it – no mess, no fuss.
Overall, I would highly recommend the FRAM Extra Guard PH3506 oil filter to anyone in need of a reliable and easy-to-install option. It’s durable, and efficient, and has made my oil changes a lot less of a headache.
