Hey… it fit. Comes with the rubber O-Ring and the crush washer for the drain plug. Said 3 day delivery but showed up next day. Walmart or the chain auto stores dont stock this, probably because of low usage, so Amazon is my place to get these. Keeping my 20 year old X5 running!

Fram oil filters are the best. About 10 years ago, Consumer Reports did a test on the 20 or so top oil filters on the market and they rated the Fram oil filters 10 out of 10 possible points.
Toyota’s oil filters came in at second place with 5 out of ten points.
The rest of the oil filters were rated a distant 3rd through 20th.
I already knew Fram was the best, in my opinion, but Consumer confirmed my thinking.
You just can’t go wrong with Fram.
