I’ve been slowly replacing my transmission fluid on my 02 Escape and I didn’t want to use an aftermarket Mercon 5 oil.
So I wanted the Ford brand specifically for my car.
The transmission holds approximately 10 quarts and I’ve replaced 5 quarts so far.
In a month I’ll purchase another one and finish the job.
So far the transmission is shifting very smooth with no issues at all.
