Easy to install just rotate the tire to three o’clock, pull the plastic cap (top only) off, which is the valve removal tool, remove valve stem and place the plastic hose on the valve stem , hold bag higher than the stem and squeeze until proper amount for your tire. Placed in a rear tractor tire that had several holes from large thorns and prior plugs, rotated the tire a few times and sealed all of the spots. Product adds weight to the tire which on a tractor is not important. More expensive than other solutions, but seems to work better.

I was having trouble with flats on the small tubeless front tires of a Club Cadet Lt-1 riding mower. I found this product easy to use following the below procedure. 1. Jack the vehicle off the ground so the tire rotates freely and raising it off the ground also prevents the tire from compressing in on itself after you let the air out. 2. Let the air out of the tire and then remove the valve using a metal valve removing tool. 3. Add the fluid by rotating the tire so the valve stem is at the top (always keep the valve at the top during this procedure) then place the fill tube over the valve stem and gradually squeeze the bottle till it becomes difficult to add more… then rotate the fill bottle downwards till more air enters the bottle— then raise the bottle to be above the valve and squeeze in more liquid. Keep lowing the bottle till it fills with air then raise it and keep squeezing in fluid till the bottle is half empty for the small tires and a full bottle for large tires. You can see the level of the fluid in the bottle by viewing it in the clear plastic side area. Then remove the fill tube and replace the tire valve and fill the tire with air. (always keeping the valve stem at the top so that no fluid leaks out) Now with the tire still off the ground, if possible –rotate the tire with your hands at highest speed possible for 4 or 5 mins to distribute the fluid. First CW and then CCW till all the fluid is dispersed equally inside the tire.. You should feel it rotate more evenly after all the fluid is fully dispersed inside the tire. Then remove the jack and drive the vehicle as a double check to be sure the fluid is fully dispersed. Using this procedure it totally solved the flat tire problem I had been having. Never under any condition use the plastic valve removing tool that comes in the cap of the bottle. Use a proper metal valve removal tool. The valves can take a great deal of pressure to remove and the plastic tool will immediately break.

I have a large zero turn mower that is 10 years old and had a slow leak in the front tire. I tried fix a flat but even a full can would barely get any of the product into the tire and would end up oozing around the valve. After a long search, I found FlatOut. I was reluctant at first because it required removing the valve core, which I had never done. (I’m a 60+ year old female.) But the ratings were so high and the fact it was made with Kevlar, changed my mind. And I am so glad!! The instructions were so simple, core valve came right out (and the tool and new core valve is included), the tube that you pull from the bottle, fit snuggly on the valve stem yet was not difficult to put on. I elevated the bottle, added the amount I thought it needed, removed the tube, pushed it back in the bottle, replaced the cap, and then put the new valve stem back in. It only took a few minutes. And no mess! I had put on rubber gloves, expecting some to spill but it’s a thick liquid and does not seep out anywhere it’s not supposed to! I filled the tire with air and checked it each day for a week to make sure there was no leak before I used it. I then mowed some rough ground that is hilly and rocky and when I was done, the tire was perfect. I was so pleased I did the same thing to the other tire that never lost any air because I didn’t want to wait for a leak.
BUY THIS PRODUCT if you are tired of messing with slow leaks or flat tires! I will never use anything else. I purchased a package of core valves and taped them on the bottle so I’ll have them when needed! I would give this product 10 stars if I could. It states on the bottle this product was used in the military, so it really has been tested. Thank you FlatOut for a product that actually does what it says!

Using this product is incredibly easy. I’ve been applying it to the tires of my e-bike for quite some time now, and I can confidently say that I haven’t experienced a single flat, even when riding off-road.

Excellent product. The John Deere 5×4 (Gator) in picture sat for ten years, the tires were flat, the front tire was the worse. To move this Gator from my neighbors place he had to load it on a trailer, he aired up the rear 4 tires but the front would air up and leak before he could move it. He put a make do wheel to get it moved to my place. shortly after unloading the rear 4 tires went flat. All were badly weathered. I read about a stop leak “FLATOUT” I ordered one bottle and put it in the front wheel and I aired it up, it held air for several hours. I called FLATOUT Support and told them I put 1/2 bottle in front tire and how it helped, He said it calls for a full bottle per tire so I added the rest of the FLATOUT. I bought four more bottles of FLATOUT and put those in all 4 tires, put air in and drove the unit a block. next day two tires were low so I finished putting FLATOUT in and aired the tires and drove two to three blocks. the weather snowed so I parked the Gator for two weeks, the tires never went flat. I checked the air pressure and had lost about 2-3 pounds, refilled with air and on a warm day drove the Gator about 2 miles. No flat tires. Note the front tire had a weathered crack 4 inches long where it sat folded for so many years and I saw where this product had sealed this leak and no air loss after two weeks of sitting.

This will do the job intended. However the pump will become clogged after about 2 tires, or less and is a pain in the rear to clean and unclog.
