Installed in my car, it fits, works OK till now. (~3000 Km) I don’t expect any future problem.
I bought it because in my car, Mazda MPV 2003 V6, 525,000 Km, I need to take out the Intake manifold for a routine Spark plugs replacement. It is the first time I do it myself, wanted to be on the safe side with spares.
I gave only 4 stars because it is too early to say how it will perform in the long run.

Didn’t use lower gaskets but all of them fitted perfectly. Had a bit of a burning smell for a couple of days, maybe it was something else, don’t know for sure but I think it was these. So far no problems.
