These are great looking lugs! Huge opening for the wire, soft enough to hammer or crimp shut. Nice shiny copper for good electrical connection. What more could you ask for? These seem to be the best price, and quantity for my small car amp install. Will buy again if needed!

I have used something similar in the past that was much easier to squeeze/clamp onto a wire. These are so thick/heavy that I could not squeeze them using very long handled heavy duty pliers. I even tried smashing the end with a hammer, and it barely bent it. Perhaps there is a special tool needed to make these work – but as I said I used a similar product in the past that was much easier to clamp onto a wire. I could not use these at all, but for the price I did not bother sending them back (plus I damaged one of them trying to smash it with a hammer!)

UNPAID UNBIASED REVIEW, unlike other reviewers who got the item for free or at a discount and whose review might be biased, I received nothing for my truthful review which is as follows ..the lugs worked find for my winch wiring, I did throw some soder into the ends after I crimped them. I bought a cheap crumpet and regretted it so I would recommend you get a good one… If you liked my unbiased review please mark it as helpful, thank you

I’ve always wondered why fastronics was more expensive than some of the other brands. Now I know. These things are SOLID. About all I could do to crimp these lugs on the wire. Fit random points on my RAM 1500 perfectly, too. 13/10

Better quality than my local store and a significantly better value. I would certainly purchase these again. Make sure you use heat shrink tubing to protect the connection. flexible enough to crush easily in vise with no cracking.
