- Wiring instructions: Red to 12V DC positive battery terminal, coffee to fan positive, black to ignition, grey to sending unit per wiring diagram
- Appliation: Direct replacement part fits 10, 12, 14, and 16 inch cooling fans. For dual fan wiring, you would need two of this relay kit

- Thermostat: The thermostat supplied with this kit to mount in the cylinder head of the engine or any water jacket if needed. Please note that the thermostat must be grounded through the threads to the engine in order for it to work, and the engine must be grounded
- Package includes: 40A relay, wiring harness, thermostat switch, 3/8 inch to 1/2 inch adapter, inline fuse holder, 20 amp fuse, 4 ring terminals and 2 wire connectors

Overall works pretty good haven’t had any issues with it so far

Relay works and the wiring looks good but the sending unit is dead. Doesn’t trip the relay. Save your money. Seller didn’t respond.

Installed easy. The thermostat does not come on till after 195° and does not shut off until 140°, way too cold for normal temperature. I’m thinking about installing a switch to control temp myself.
Cody Conger –
Thermostat switch is in accurate and will not turn off even at 160 degrees

Automate the electric fan rated below. Eliminates having to constantly watch the temperature gauge. I hope.

This is suppose to kick the fan on at 185° and shut off at 175. It will not kick on until 210!! Do not buy!!!!
Junk. Batteries die way to fast. –
This thing keeps melting fuses because it won’t turn off at 185 like it’s supposed to. It just stays on constantly.
