Install this on my 2005 Avalanche with no issues. I have no more issues with my heater heating up and then going cold, was a direct replacement for my worn out air temp sensor. No issues at all installing, would highly recommend

Temp is off by 6 degrees. Shows warmer out than it actually is . Compared it with my two other vehicles. All 3 use to match .

I bought this one and another one because I couldn’t see the number clearly on my old one and I found out this is not a direct fit for GM part number 15035786 I finally got the old one clean enough I can see the number now but with this one and the other one I bought my a/c will only work for about 10-15 minutes before it shuts off and I can switch the truck off and wait a few minutes and it’ll work fine for 10-15 minutes again with my old one I can drive 50-75 miles before it does it however with neither one did my temperature or compass come back on in my mirror so be sure you check the part number before you order one to keep from going through what I have been through and also the code will not clear out on any of those parts.

Vehicle reads incorrect temp, on a 90 degree day it’s reading 118 degrees! I reordered a genuine GM part, don’t waste your time.

Did not function properly on my 2003 Avalanche as advertised. Appeared to be the correct part, although it registered ambient air temperature 25-30 degrees Fahrenheit too warm.
