This Evan-Fischer Window Regulator for Porsche Porsche Cayenne 03-10 Front RH Power installed very easily, in place of the OEM regulator, without modification. The Evan-Fisher part comes fully assembled , and the tracks are greased. The two window tracks on the OEM regulator are riveted in place, one rivet in the center of each of the 4 rollers, so you will need to drill them out in order to install this part. I recommend replacing them with 4.8mm (3/16) x 20mm stainless steel rivets. Some people transfer the cables from the replacement part to the OEM tracks to avoid removing the rivets, but it’s difficult to get the cables aligned and the tension needs to be correct in order for the window to rise and lower properly, so I would not recommend transferring the cables, especially since reinstalling the rivets is not difficult. If you find yourself needing to replace the window regulator in your Cayenne or Touareg, because the window doesn’t go up and down, I highly recommend you get this part.

Replaced a shredded regulator on a 2004 Cayenne Turbo. Fits and works like a +/- $275 OEM part. Process was a bit of a pain, including the drilling out and replacing of rivets but that has nothing to do with this part… just the way Porsche built that darn thing.
