I recently replaced the cabin air filter in my 2019 Chevy Travers with the EPAuto CP966 (CF11966) Premium Cabin Air Filter, and I’m very happy with the results. The old filter was dirty and clogged, and it was making my car’s air conditioning system less effective. The new filter is much cleaner and more efficient, and it has made a big difference in the air quality inside my car.

EPAuto CP966 (CF11966) Premium Cabin Air Filter, Compatible with Select Buick/Cadillac/Chevrolet vehicles.
I replaced the filter in my Buick Enclave (Avenir). It is fairly easy using a small torx screwdriver and removing the small fitting that causes the glove box to retract (videos are on-line).
To my surprise, I found the filter the dealer had installed was UNDERSIZED and did not have the correct part number. This part was much less expensive than what the dealer charged and correctly fit in my vehicle. I am going to immediately purchase a few more of these filters and change them more frequently, like every six months.
The undersized filter from the Buick dealer explains why my wife had allergy issues when we traveled in our Buick when it was equipped with a cabin filter (debris going past the filter). This EPAuto filter appears to do a very good job of filtering as it should. It initially seems to be a good product, it is the correct size and it seems to be doing the job it was designed to do. I will update if any problems show up. BOTTOM LINE: I would recommend this product as it correctly fits and it functions as described (filters and seems to freshen the intake air).

This filter appears to be as good as the original OEM version, with a very similar construction and materials.
The fit is perfect and the performance appears to be equal or even better – although the real gain from the active charcoal is hard to evaluate objectively.
One thing is sure though, it’s cheaper.
Highly recommended.

This filter is definitely a plus for my C8 Corvette. After watching a video on changing the cabin air filter and how dirty theirs was after a short period of time, my mindset was, I’ve never changed mine in 4yrs and my dealership has never mentioned it needing a change during routine maintenance. Mine was very dirty and the new filter was on time. Well constructed over the original, you could see the activated charcoal within and it was very easy in for a replacement.
