On October 19,2024 I did a live chat as well as a phone with Amazon about the issue with this part. The part stop functioning properly, it’s making a loud noise. I was told that they contacted the seller on my behalf being that it was past the return window. I was told to “give the seller 48 hours to contact me, and if not to give them a call back and that they would refund my money. Well I called today, October 23, 2024, just for them to tell me that there’s nothing that they can do! I was told something entirely different on the 19th. I am totally disappointed with Amazon going back on their word!!!
