Product, once put together, works great. Originally, i had a leak due to a missing washer. More than likely this was user error, but thanks to the quick customer service, I was able to troubleshoot the problem and they sent me what I needed. Additionally, I ordered a TDS tester. Directly from the hose I have 150 ppm. From this system, 0 ppm.

I would 100% buy again. It had the highest flow rating I could find to fit my pressure washer while filtering the water. Customer service is also unmatched, and in my book that’s almost if not more important than a properly functioning product.

I purchased this product about 6 months ago for my company’s wash bay, we have very hard water here and the water spots were pretty bad when washing until purchasing this product. You will definitely notice when the filter media is at the end of its lifespan. Overall customer support has been great. Recently one of the filter housing’s got hit by something or someone and was cracked, Envig sent me a replacement filter housing free of charge to get it back up and running again.

Honestly when I got this I was happy with the result but the filters are pretty much non existent once they are done and you have to buy a new set up. The fittings leak and are poorly sealed. For the price it is not bad but after having to throw it away because you can not find the filters you may as well go buy the CR System which is double the price.

What a great addition to my car washing setup in my garage. I love that the filtration system turns yellow when it’s time to replace otherwise I always forget when to change filters on everything. Customer service is excellent, I broke a valve by over tightening the hose adapter (completely my fault.) I sent Bill an email explaining what I did and that I didn’t expect the part for free because I was at fault. He sent me part no charge and received it in a couple of days. It’s hard to find good service and good quality these days, always nice to see that there people that back up their products.

First, be prepared to spend an hour or more to properly assemble this thing. The filter canisters and base are assembled, other than the resin, but every valve, connector and bypass hose are separate and need to be assembled with washers and plumber’s tape. I did all that and did a leakage test without the resin installed. Fail!
First problem: the connector where you connect your hose into the unit is not the normal type, where you hold the hose in place and rotate the connector. It is a non-rotating part, so you have to rotate the entire hose to screw it in. Ridiculous. This also creates a situation where your hose is stronger than the filter connections and it tries to un-screw those connectors. I’m sure if you connected and disconnected a few times everything would be leaking, and probabvly the plastic base threads would be damaged.
Second, the factory supplied directional valve leaked profusely. There were no leaks from any of the connections I made, but this directional valve is not serviceable so you can not fix this yourself.
A complete waste of a Saturday morning and it is being returned.

I have very hard water. This unit works great to remove TDS. If you’re on municipal water, I do suggest running a chlorine filter before your resin. Will extend the life greatly. This is awesome for washing my cars. I have mine plumbed in just before an inline pressure washer. Saves time and aggravation.

The results are clear, significantly reduced water spotting with car washes. Design is good although it would be nice to have labeling as a reminder which direction open and closes the loop for the filters.
