this product does not fit my 2012 jeep liberty 4wd 3.7, previously had a 2011 jeep liberty limited 4wd and purchased a ECT from AutoZone it did not fit either. Going to try a Delphi ECT as it looks similar to my current one.
Update: design change from original part. Customer service promptly offered to refund and to try to help to resolve.

Drop in replacement and all good. The old temp sensor was definitely bad based on noticing fluid around terminals outside plus such a noticeable improvement of the new sensor with the gauge reading when warming up the engine.
