this combined with a short throw shifter makes a night and day difference.

Install took me 30 minutes. All i needed was a flathead, philips, and a 12mm with small extension.
Bushings are much harder than stock rubber and seems to keep the shofter base much steadier.
After install it feels great. I havent grinded third gear like i sometimes do when im driving sloppily. The bushings seem to help quite a bit.
