I shopped for a while to find a cell phone holder for my Samsung Galaxy S21.
This one caught my eye. I installed it today and boy is it ever rock solid.
Its suction cup clings to the windshield like a powerful magnet!
It pivots and swivels and extends in all directions until I found the perfect spot.
It releases with the push of a button.

Love the holder: easy to install, has great sticking power. Quick squeeze holds the phone securely with opening for powe cord (I’ve got it charging thru the cigarette lighter that I never use). Holder rotates so I can view maps in landscape for directions and portrait for declining incoming calls (do not talk and drive people!!!). Quick release button too.

I originally had this mounted on my windshield and it was alright. However, I quickly realized I wouldn’t be able to use my windshield sunshade and that’s a huge necessity in florida. I thought it’d be fine to just mount onto my dash instead but it will not adhere at all to it so I can’t use this product anymore and I’m back to the drawing board for something I can dash mount. My phone (s22 ultra) is too large to work with a vent mounted holder. I gave 3 stars because it SEEMS like it would stay better on the windshield- hard to say with florida heat, though

It worked for my note 10 + as advertised. but there is no such thing as a perfect product. the tensioners work fine but loosen over time. The suction cup hasn’t moved since placing on my windshield. make sure to clean the windshield before placing this item. I wish it had wireless charging.

If you’re looking for a car mount that fits your phone (Note 9 in my case) this is the product for you. A simple and basic product that does what it’s supposed to. Easy installation. Holds the phone tightly. The release button makes the product much easier to remove the device once no longer in use.

I sought out an Encased phone holder after the Encased holder that I bought 3 years ago finally died. That phone holder was so good that if I was traveling to somewhere that I was getting a rental, I brought it with me. The suction cup on that was good for many many many mountings and dismountings. This one, unfortunately, has no suction. They put some kind of glue/sticky stuff on it, and when my car went into the shop and they needed to remove it, that was it for this holder. The glue doesn’t hold anymore, and the suction doesn’t hold. The mechanism is sturdy, but that makes it heavier, and the armature is made so that the load is held further away, which makes the whole thing less stable. Even before it was first removed, the joint at the suction cup base was floppy. Incredibly disappointing.

This Car Mount is BEYOND 5-star ! Nice sturdy plastic — NOT flimsy at all ! Super SECURE Holder for my BIG Galaxy Note 9 in either landscape or portrait orientation. Many car holders would not work for me because I have a protective case on the phone with a retractable thing on the back to make the phone easier to grasp. This is truly a “CASE FRIENDLY” holder, as advertised. It has three adjustments for perfect positioning: (1) ball & socket allows you to get the angle of your screen just right, (2) round knob allows you to extend the holder 1.5″ further from the windshield, and (3) third knob allows you to change the overall angle of the holder. There’s a suction cup with an adhesive pad to attach the holder to the windshield and a nifty lever to activate or release the suction . This flexible adhesive pad has gluey stickum on it and I hope the merchant will sell additional pads. BEST VALUE I HAVE FOUND IN A LONG TIME. This is the only car holder I found that has EVERYTHING I need…I looked at every darn truck stop from Reno to Corpus Christi !

Although I don’t use this much at this point, it works well for what I need it to do. It holds the phone vertically like every other phone holder, but also allows you to rotate it to a landscape position for using something like Waze when driving. The adjustable side arms hold the phone tight enough that it doesn’t fall out. I do like the release button to open the side, but my biggest concern is that these will stop working as they do when it’s new. Time will tell on that one.
