Electric fuel pump wiring harness relay kits are manufactured with high quality materials and advanced processes, with high reliability and stability. This product is a heavy duty long wire, for safety, it is easy to connect the pump directly to the battery, ensuring that the high pressure fuel pump gets the required voltage. Designed to prevent the fuel pump voltage drop, to keep the fuel pump pressure constant, and to prevent the fuel pump current overload damage to the vehicle electrical system, to ensure the normal operation of the fuel system.
This product is waterproof, 40 amp heavy duty waterproof relay and in-line waterproof fuse box.
Universal installation 12v system, this will work for any device that is 12V activated and does not exceed 40 continuous amps.
Easy to install, all wires are clearly labeled and color coded. And an easy-to-follow wiring diagram is included in the package. 10 feet 10 meter red wire to +12V battery, 6 feet 10 meter orange wire to fuel pump, 2 feet 16 meter brown wire to 12V trigger switch, 4 feet 16 meter black wire to chassis ground.
This fuel pump relay kit includes everything you need. Package includes easy to follow wiring diagram, 40 amp heavy duty waterproof relay, relay base with harness, in-line waterproof fuse holder, 30 amp fuse, 2 relay mounting screws, 3 heat shrink ring terminals and 2 wire connectors.
