These engine air filters can easily last 2 years, especially if you’re not driving on gravel or dusty roads. I usually buy from rockauto, but their shipping cost makes it more expensive for most items, and shopping with Amazon will usually save you $5 – $10 per item, which can add up. Prime membership has benefits.
They’re very easy to install, as there’s only two clips on the air filter intake cover at the back of the engine bay. Undo the clips, lift the air-box cover out of the way, and replace the air filter. Done!
If you’re unsure, always take pictures on your phone, to see how things go back together. Check on your air filter each January, but they will usually last 2 years with no problem. 3 years is stretching it.

I will continue to purchase these air filters on Amazon for my Honda Accord Hybrid. Received this high quality air filter with free one day shipping. I checked the quality when I replaced my OEM Honda Air Filter. This air filter quality is on par or I might even say better than the OEM filter. The filter was easy to change out and it was at half the cost of the filters purchased at stores or 1/4 of the price of getting it changed out a the dealership.
