Direct replacement on 04tsx. Fixed the whirling noise and leak I’ve been putting off for too long. Been on for about 2 months now, still working great.

Mr help you –
So my wife’s Acura had a power steering leak in the hose and all the fluid leaked out. She tried to drive the car with no power steering in the pump and it of course damaged the pump. Therefore, this was a replacement to an OEM pump. First, this pump came with some power steering fluid inside which indicates that they did pre test this pump before sending it out, which is a good sign. If you ever get a power steering pump that is bone dry I would return right away as the company probably never pre tested it to make sure it runs okay and there are no leaks. So far this pump has no leaks and has been installed for about 1 month.
