always been a fan of ebc’s been using yellows and reds for more than a decade it feels like and on multiple platforms. yellows have more bite and high temp fade resistance but eat rotors a lot more aggressively and dust a lot, reds have been more reasonable on dust and don’t seem to eat rotors as much. i never track the car so reds have been a better daily driver choice imho. better to have a dedicated race pad setup for how easy to change the big brake kit type pad/calipers are (pull two rods and slide out the top like bembo calipers.
if calipers had to come off to change pads i’d probably go yellow if doing light track duty and daily driving to avoid the hassle.
