They could have been packed better.
As far as how it works, I used this product on a Ford F 600 chassis 5 years ago.
The truck stays out in the weather and it gets down to zero in winter and up to 100 in summer,
I looked at it about an hour ago and it is dirty but none of it came off, it did what I needed it to do.
I put it on the back side of new bumpers to stop them from rusting

Wear gloves with this stuff, if it gets on you, you will wear it till it wears off.

I was very upset was delivered top off leaked all over my porch.

Worked great for coating new crossmembers on my truck bed. I like the brush-on better than the spray can. It is very thick, like painting honey. Has a strong odor. Dried reasonably fast to the touch 1-2hrs. Used entire quart can in this picture. 1 coat only!
