Evens-out the tire giving it a clean, moisturized but matte look. No shine, nothing to detract from the matte rims and body. The wash isn’t complete without this. I use the jug to fill a small Oxo lotion dispenser and use 2-3 squirts on a microfiber sponge per wheel.
