Worked for my 1997 k1500
Probably took 10 minutes to do and was a very simple

Perfect fix thanks

Product installation was quick and easy. It also fixed my parasitic draw that I was experiencing due to an old broken cylinder.

The original ignition lock cylinder in my 1997 4-WD Chevy Blazer literally broke (the black plastic where the key is inserted from the metal cylinder. (Floor shifter, not column shifter – automatic transmission). This replacement unit was easy to install (after I had to go buy an E5 torx set to remove the upper plastic steering wheel cover). Removing the upper cover was the most difficult. It took me about 20 minutes and the new cylinder worked on the first try. Now I’ll have to see how it holds up over time. So far, very satisfied.
