A perfect solution. It fixed my oil gauge on my 2013 GMC Sierra. Oil gauge was stuck on 0. This returned normal function.

Amazon Customer –
Works great. Even though Amazon says it does not fit my truck, the one they call for will not fit.

The oil pressure gauge on my 2009 GMC Sierra had been fluctuating for some time and this fixed the problem.

I bought and installed this sensor on my 2011 GMC Sierra 5.3 because of a bias sensor. I replaced it, everything worked perfectly, then 200 miles later, 7 days later the sensor stops reading and goes out causing my check engine light to come back on. Good good value, but lack of quality.

The product is fine. It fits and took care of my issue with the check engine light and 0 oil pressure reading. However, if you are going to install without removing all of the parts recommended by GM, I highly recommend getting the special socket for installing the pressure sensor. I tried using a 27MM socket, which was recommended by a video I found, and it did not go well. I was able to remove the old one without issue but the socket got stuck on the new part so I had to remove it and force it out. The process was a pain and took well over an hour before I gave up. The next day I went to the auto parts store and bought the sensor switch socket (which was only $12) and was able to finish up the job in about 5 minutes. I also used a swivel attachment and extension for my 3/8 socket. So the part is great and installs without issue if you have the right tools.

Worked for my needs on a 2010 escalade. Good luck. For me with big hands and arms was not no easy job. Watch the videos on YouTube how to replace.

Fit and worked flawlessly!

A PAIN in the rear end to replace! But a good item for a good price.
