Andrew Rossini –
Easy to install in my 2009 Corolla, I did not use the plastic switch as mine was still working, just my cable snapped so I replaced only the cable. Works great.
Réaltresbien –
Pour ouvrir le capot de voiture

Bought this for an 09 Corolla. Seems to be decent quality and fit well. Original had broken right at the latch.
Instead of replacing the whole thing, which would involve removing wheel well panels and lots of fiddling, I decided to do this the easy way. I pulled the old wire out of the jacket, cut off the new wire at the handle end and fed it through the old jacket. Then I used a spare aluminum crimp-on cap from a bicycle cable to attach it to the old handle. This way of it does come off the handle I can still access the wire and open my hood.
