Mr. E. Guy –
Dorman Crankshaft Position Sensor 907-752 fits a 1998 ram 2500 with the 5.9 turbo diesel Cummings. I ordered from my local auto parts and it’s the same item number.

I went to put this into my truck 2001 Dodge 5.9 Cummins – turns out in 2000 they discontinued this item on the engine. There is a cover plate where it would go, under the starter, and no harness connection. Check your vehicle thoroughly before you purchase. By the way, the Amazon “Garage” says this fits, but you need to verify on your model. Good luck.
Louis P. –
So far so good. Check engine light is out truck is running great so far.
Mickey D. Garner –
Worked as intended.
Good value.

I wish I could give this product a better review because the seller seemed to be genuinely concerned about the quality of their product. Mine might just be a lemon, one in a million, but it was completely dead on arrival. With the brand new sensor my pickup wouldn’t even crank (and yes I am positive that I got the right sensor for my vehicle model). I would returned the product, but I had it for a few weeks before I ever tried it out so I didn’t feel that would be fair to the retailer.
Ozark Kevin –
Went in easy and works fine in my 1999 RAM 2500

Almost exactly 1 year (ordered feb 24th, 2024) i ordered this crank position sensor for my 99 2500 cummins and its worked great…till today. On my way to work check engine light randomly popped on. Read the codes, low and behold, crank sensor. Think im gonna pay the extra money and just go with genuine cummins brand next time
