The product came with two missing bolts for the window motor and the bolt for the lower frame was completely wrong. The incorrect lower bolt was facing the wrong way and I ended up having to buy a nut to make it work.

this was the item the web site said to order for my 2004 ford f150 supercrew drivers side rear window. it is not! and because of the rain here I haven’t been able to install it till today and after 40 minutes of taking apart the door and window it dosen’t fit. I’M SCREWED.

First unit that shipped was incorrect for my vehicle. Amazon was amazing as always with the return. Second unit arrived on time. Unfortunately the pressed-in nut on the top mounting bolt was not installed correctly (it was loose and would rotate as I tried to tighten the bolt) making installation of this unit difficult. Additionally, the lower mounting point was a pressed in stud, and what came off my vehicle was a bolt. Had to locate a nut to get this thing installed correctly. Now that its installed, it seems to be working well.

Potential buyers should know that the fastensers aren’t 100% identical, as a previous reviewer has already pointed out. There are 3 bolts at the bottom of the OE unit- nice and simple. On this replacement unit, the bottom-most bolt hole is replaced with a stud- for which you’ll need to find a nut. You’ll need a nut that fits the OE bolt, so take that to the store with you, if you don’t happen to have a random assortment at home, like I do.
If you don’t need the quick Prime Shipping and it’s not urgent, you should be able to find the OE Motorcraft part, online, for less money.
