My wife who is the mechanically inclined one installed this window regulator. She said it was easy to install, and that the regulator works very well. It is very quiet. Window works perfectly. It was installed on a 2001 Acura Mdx front driver’s side. Only thing is that Amazon search does not readily show this when you do a search. Sometimes the search feature is not very helpful as it also list items that do not fit your vehicle. Product was delivered promptly and was in perfect condition. Thank you Dorman for a good product that works.

Strange review perhaps, but my initial search (and purchase) were NOT the Dorman product. Not sure why but the Dorman model never came up in the initial Amazon search. After 2 problems with another brand, I found the Dorman product on Amazon. This worked fist try–no dead motor or reverse wiring issues like the lesser brand. Go Dorman–this is good stuff.

This is an excellent part with perfect drop-in fit for my 2002 MDX. Included instructions were concise, clear, and the packaging was good. Would buy Dorman again if other regulators needed replacement.

The plastic pulley broke . It had lifetime warranty but when contacted Dorman, they asked me to contact amazon customer services. I left a messages but no answer. Finally had to buy one from Autozone. Sadly I didn’t have options to go with a different brand.
