Perfect, same as the store brand but great price. I did have to replace a switch that caused the original to burn out.

The assembly worked great. Only issue is that the door armrest has a bracket that screws into the regulator bracket and the threaded screw holes were not there. There were holes but they were too large for the factory screws. I made it work by using my own but and bolt. Make sure to have two 1/4-20 x 3/4 bolts and nuts for a Mitsubishi Galant. Luckily I had some on hand.
