It is an exact fit. The trick for proper installation is not to tighten the two bolts on the shorter member used for alignment until the whole assembly is properly aligned or you will experience the situation described in the first review. Once you have the assembly inside the door frame, you can tighten the four bolts close to the motor but only finger-tighten the two bolts for the short, alignment member. You will notice the two corresponding slots (not bolt holes) allowing the member to slide up and down. Don’t put in the window glass yet. Connect the electrical harnesses (master switch and the window control module). Momentarily move the track up and down. It may hit the back of the motor while passing if you don’t glide it with your hand. This is a good time to secure the motor cable out of the way of the moving mechanism. Lower the assembly so you will have room to slide in the glass. Secure the glass to the bottom rail/ member with the two bolts but don’t tighten them yet. Slide the rail rearward until the bolts hit the narrow end of the slots. Tighten the two bolts. Position the window glass half way down/up using the master switch. Pull the glass rearward such that it is fully seated inside the window channel. Now tighten the two bolts on the alignment member. Momentarily move the window up and down to test for any binding. Re-adjust if needed.

As another dude mentions, be mindful of proper alignment and then you wont be dissatisfied. Rolls the window up and down in my hoopty. Couldn’t ask for more, except maybe a cheaper price tag.

Pros:
1. Exact fit
2. Motor runs smooth and fast. Windows goes up or down faster than the original.
Con:
The door panel will get push out of shape as window goes up or down. Instead of up/down action, the window regulator also assert left/right force push against the door panel. It may be due to loose regulator track.
