After Install and failure on the very first time the window went up and would not come down I returned it-things happen but the second one did the exact same thing. I returned it and am getting the product from a different vendor. I did check and yes I am getting power to the plug at the motor both up and down. Not happy as this is not a 5 minute job to swap these out.
