Had shipping damage but great customer care and responsiveness had me a replacement within a couple of days with minimal hassle. This is a middle of the road DIY meaning some mechanical prowess and the ability to play Tetris is a must. But once you get it in you’re an expert.

I usually do not write any bad reviews unless it is horrible. I finally have the time to replace the windows regulator and have a hard time making it work. It ends up the regulator was all bent out of shape and that why the window would round up. I ended up taking the motor out and used my old window regulator, and it work flawlessly. The quality is bad and parts is damaged upon receiving.

I highly anticipated this regulator, thinking that since it was a Dorman I would have a perfect aftermarket replacement for the worn regulator that I was replacing plus I would get the new motor. Well after nearly 4 hours of struggling with this piece of crap I finally just had to remove the motor from the new and install it on my old regulator and then re-install my old regulator back into the door.
The problem with the Dorman regulator is the little round wheel that is supposed to glide up and down in that groove WOULD NOT GO INTO THE GROOVE!!!!! And I got so GD frustrated with it that I tried to force it and ruined the wheel.
I give it one star since I thought if I gave it ZERO stars everyone of you would think that I failed to check a star. Do not buy this piece of crap.

The product works perfect. Not as easy to put in as some people state. Before pulling it all apart be 100% sure its not a switch or wire. Don’t forget to realign the glass as to not to break it when done. You will need 2 people to do safely.
