Amazing product! Both sides fit the cylinder head like a glove! My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is that the passenger side flange to exhaust did not mate correctly. It took a lot of adjusting and ultimately the use of a some different bolts. But it looks and works great! Will but it again!

Happy with the product and pricing, more so that it also came with the gaskets which was great. The only thing that would have been better is if it came with the studs to make it fully complete. As we all know studs tend to brake when replacing with a new one.

Finally got this manifold installed, what a job! Fit my 2010 f150 4.6 4×4 perfectly. Heat shield is a little thin but so far I’m happy with it. No more tick..tick..tick. Thanks Ford!

Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. No issues with item and received all parts.

Nice manifold, included manifold, gaskets, (2) studs for exhaust pipe, & heat shield. Machined surface was flat, checked with straight edge.
Fixed the exhaust tick,tick noise lasting 2-3 minutes when SUV was first started. Ford ‘s original manifold was defective, front pipe was 1/8″ from being flat/straight with other 3 pipes. Strongly suggest new stainless studs & nuts (8), never-seize, right hand drill & extractor kit, before starting job. I broke 2 studs removing manifold and had to drill/extract them out (didn’t have to remove cylinder head). Took 2 1/2 days days to complete job on 2007 Ford Explorer. Saved $1000-1500 dollars doing job myself.

I replaced the broken exhaust studs thinking it would solve my exhaust leak of the factory original exhaust manifold. But it did not, the addition of this part solved the leak. Bolted right up to my 07 Explorer Sport Trac to replace the factory manifold that warped. This along with the replacement of the all the exhaust studs with stainless steel to prevent further broken studs and warped manifold.

Awesome product considering it was made in China. The job took me about 10 hours in my driveway to R/R with simple hand tools. I did not use the gaskets that came with the manifold as I didn’t trust them. I like to stick to either factory Motorcraft gaskets or FelPro in my engines. FelPro was readily available at my local parts store and my truck has been running smooth these last few days. I highly recommend watching this video to give you an idea of the tools that are needed. This is not my video, simply a video I used to boost my confidence to do the job. Good luck out there.

Update I purchased this Manifold on 2/6/16 and shortly installed in my driveway. After welding nuts to the broken studs to remove… This unit is holding up very well. I did not use the gaskets that came with the manifold as I trust Fel-Pro gaskets. I highly recommend this unit.
