I was told I had a warped flange and they couldn’t mill it, so I bought this. It’s pretty much exactly the same, EXCEPT… for some reason this manifold has a tube going across the pipes (you can see it in the pics). The original didn’t have this. No problem, there is a black off plate for the sensor that’s mounted elsewhere.
What IS a pain, is that that pipe interferes with the heat shield that mounts to the manifold. it doesn’t fit like it should.
I suppose I’m ADD, but I prefer my replacement parts to fit like the original parts do. If you need to make six different manifolds for six different configurations, do it.
Works ok, like it should, but the tubing is a let-down

Stripped my O2 sensor plug and tried to chase the threads with no luck so had to break down and order a replacement. Amazon beat all the auto parts stores both in town and online so with Prime it was a no brainer. Product arrived well packaged and all parts. I did buy new exhaust bolts just to do a new fix all around. A few hours under the hood and it was in and works as it should. Was well built.

Perfect fit and a very good quality replacement manifold. Dorman is always my go to for replacement aftermarket parts. This fit onto my 2003 Chevrolet Impala 3.8L. The crossover tube on top does not interfere with the heat shield and did not seem to hinder the installation process. Comes with gaskets and hardware needed, although the gaskets are not exactly great quality like Felpro gaskets, but they are suitable and I was ok using them.
