Despite this product being listed as only fitting 94-95 models, it fit my 1991 YJ perfectly, and was a beefier cradle than OEM.

Installed on my 1992 Jeep YJ just fine. Not sure why other references say it won’t fit. I would have given it 5 stars but the weld broke on one side when I was installing it and I had to drill it and replace the bolt with my own grade 8 bolt. Not a big deal as it was out of the vehicle but an extra step I hadn’t planned for.

The description says that it will not fit a 1991 Jeep Wrangler but it fits perfect. Is not different in any way, hope this helps

1 of the studs broke upon tightening the nut Then when trying to remove my nut from the broken stud, the stud broke in different place. This was upon loosening. Apparently softer Metal. Never got to tightening a nut on the larger stud.

If you’re replacing engine mounts on a YJ you will want to pick this up too. This goes between the passenger motor mount and the frame. The stock one will likely be destroyed as its a fraction of the thickness of this replacement. Mine happened to be a 1993 but this should fit all 2.5l YJs. None of the typical Jeep parts suppliers have this listed. Quadra-junk, 4 wheel parts etc. None of them.

Center bolt snapped as soon as my husband tried to put it on my jeep. Now we have to order one from somewhere else, which is going to leave me without a vehicle for at least another week.

It looks to be well made except for the bolts/studs, as soon as i tried to tighten it the stud broke. The head is tacked well since it took 15 mins to reach the welds and grind them off so i could use a bolt/nut
