Not sure how this part is made, but the dimensions are way off. Didn’t matter how much I tried and/or wiggled it, it did not go in. It hit the area where it supposed to go in like 3 different places. Had to returned and used the old pan after straightening the edges.

Product is a good replacement oil pan for the 4 cylinder Acccord with F23 engine. I’ve purchased it since my old oil pan’s drain bolt stripped the threads on the oil pan preventing me from changing oil.

If there was one thing to complain about, I’d say it’s that this part is made in China. Other than that, it fits fine.

Oil pan was delivered on time but when I install the oil pan 3 hole did not line up, they were close but the screws would not go in straight. I had to take the pan down, clean up the Permatex that I had used to seal the pan with and that was a messy job. Then file out the 3 holes that were not align. When finished the pan did not leak but it took me few extra hours that I did not plan on.

Good quality aftermarket product. When installing, it was a very tight squeeze to get the pan past the torque converter bolts. Had to give it a bump to slide it past them. Wasn’t sure it was gonna fit when first trying–scared me as I had it covered in permatex with the gasket- I would strongly suggest you check that the pan fits properly before putting on the permatex and oil pan gasket. For the price (79$) can’t go wrong…..if it fits! My vehicle is a Canadian 2001 2.3l 4cyl w/auto trans.
