Item was the correct part however found out I did not need and the company refunded my money with no issues once I returned part. Easy process and company very understanding.

Had to do job twice as rod bolts hit windage tray. I would buy again but would check clearances with a straight edge against factory pan before installing. A couple taps of a hammer was all that was needed.
