We had a broken connector on our 2010 Ford Edge V6 AWD and from Ford they only carried the entire cable at a big cost. I found this on Dorman’s website and ordered it up from Amazon.
What a fantastic connector. Install was seconds once the airbox was removed. Saved me replacing the entire cable and fit as good as the original. Just put the new one at the exact same spot as the original and it is good to go.

Perfect fitment for 2003 Ford expedition 5.4 L went out one day my truck wouldn’t shift no resistance on the gearshift. So I traced the cable to the transmission housing and this bracket was broken. Replaced out works great! Thank you Dorman.

It fits 2009 Ford Ranger with the 5R55E automatic transmission despite every auto parts website saying that it doesn’t fit. Even Dorman’s site says it doesn’t fit. Amazon should update their info too. Easy to install and restores the connectivity of the shift cable to the shift arm.
