Perfect fit. Absolutely no issues installing. Sliding door works like a charm now.

A perfect fit in my 2017 Sienna. Go to Youtube and search for “Mike’s Garage Shop” and “Toyota Sienna – Fix the broken sliding door cable” and follow along. How can that guy only have 2K subscribers he’s pretty awesome at explaining how to install this. Replaced about two months ago, so far so good. It took around an hour. I can replace this quite a few times instead of paying Toyota $1400. Be sure to buy the correct side, they’re mirror images of each other (not interchangeable).
