I would NOT recommend this product, it did not sound right when i installed it, when you shut the door. That should have been my first clue. Then later when i lock my doors it will not lock. I read earlier reviews that some had problems and overlooked it thinking it was just the customer. NOW i know to believe the reviews when they are BAD.

I thought this unit was my problem but it’s not. The warning chimes about key in the Ignition switch etc. still isn’t working correctly. I think I have a component that the door latch sends signals to (prolly a relay) that’s bad. This thing fit ok, no problems adjusting the operating rods; those rods are never easy to replace, it’s not poor design it’s just the way the door is designed. You have to get your hands in places you can’t see.
