Good price, appears to be great quality filter.

Fits with a bit of overhang sort of but can snap cover closed so it’s fine. Won’t know for awhile if better than oem or same. No noticeable change in anything to see a difference. I don’t race my rav4 hybrid at the track or anything so can’t compare 1/4 mile times. Seems decently made and sturdy.

Wow! Excellent construction with the rubber molding & screen mesh. Seems a little bit more solid than the K&N one. This one says oiling is not required. I’d prob use a tiny bit if you live on a dirt road. In : RX350. Obviously, it breathes a little better. I can feel a difference in the acceleration.

Works as intended. Easy 5min replacement with a little help to close back up because the rubber is a little thicker than the oe. Used clamp to help with that. Will be saving money not having to replace every 6 months.

Excellent quality. On par with an AFE air filter I used to have years ago that actually made a nice and noticeable induction noise. Although this one doesnt do that it does make the tired 25 year old 5SFE less anemic as it can breathe better now. You’re still not going to win any races, the FE series engine heads are designed for fuel efficiency not flow. No issues with fitment here, it drops right in and was able to close air box and lock the metal retainers on no problem. I do see that the rubber gasket is more robust aka a little thicker but not to the point it will compromise fitment. Also I hate oil on my airfilters, like what the overpriced K&N does. Oil and sensors dont go well together. Glad these are non-oil the way they should be. Will you sacrifice a bit of filtration for better flow, most likely. Then again, my Camry 5sfe has close to 500k miles, i doubt a bit of dust is going to kill it now as it had already outlived the dinosaurs. Toyota built these engines with the expectation that people are inherently lazy and were never going to change their oils let alone air filters. “Owners manual? Whats that right? Thought this was an appliance on wheels!”
Cons: Does’t come with a STOP sticker like K&N drop in airfilters do so you can put it on the airbox telling the quick lube guys to dont waste their time trying to upsell you on a cheap economy air filter at walmart but want to charge you an arm and leg for it everytime you get your oil changed. Its always a hard no for me and if they air hose the bugs and leaves off it I will think about it the next time I visit.
