It bolted on right in place of the old one. Turn the key and the mower starts right up.
The book CPA –
Mower had been idle for quite a while, was not sure of the need. Had it serviced and then it would not start last mowing season. It sat for some time and then I was able to find someone local to work on it, diagnosed the issue (solenoid) and saved me $180 trip charge to pick up and work on mower. Last shop cost too much. Replaced it and after a little work was able to get it to turn over and it ran practically like new. Part was great and very reasonably priced.
