I replaced my fading alternator with this unit in my 128i yesterday. It’s working awesome with a steady output of 14.4VDC. The original would fluctuate from 14.8 – 11.6VDC and cause rpm fluctuations at idle when low.

Great fit for my 2008 bmw 328i . Alternator went bad and started making noise so i decided to buy this one. Perfect fit and noise is gone . Love it! would definitely buy again (i hope i don’t have to though xD) .

Product fit good but kept draining my battery when the car was off. ECM threw discharge code and kept resetting the clock and date since it would disconnect itself due to discharge.
